Instructions:

Wrap or cover skin before applying cold pack.

Shake It – Shake contents to bottom of bag

Break It – Hold away from body and squeeze sides with both hands

Mix It – Shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds to mix

Wrap It – Wrap or cover pack with protective material

Follow standard “R.I.C.E. therapy” – rest apply ice compression and elevate.
